Design a Partner Workout for Valentine’s Day

Wine and chocolates are nice for couples to share.

But for Valentine’s Day this year, why not try something different?

Design a special workout for you and your partner to do together. It’s fun, thoughtful, sexy and – yes – healthy!

Here’s how, with plenty of flexibility to make it more or less challenging, depending on where the two of you are on your individual fitness journeys.

  1. Tailor it to the Both of You: Ditch the activities your partner dreads. This isn't the time for favors; it's about enjoying together. Find an activity that resonates with both of you.

  2. Express Your Love: Before diving into the workout, take a moment to express your feelings. Share how much you value your partner and their health. It sets the perfect tone for a shared, intimate experience.

  3. Stretch: Begin with mutually assisted stretching, using resistance bands for that extra depth. It's a fantastic way to warm up and connect physically.

  4. Cardio with a Twist: Spice up the cardio with Boot Camp moves, a short run, or having some fun dancing together!

  5. Lift Together: If weightlifting is your jam, pick a short circuit focusing on a favorite body part. For those power couples, challenge each other with heavy lifting. Make it an experience that works for both of you.

  6. Warm Down & Unwind: Conclude your workout with a slow dance that seamlessly transitions into a light massage…

… with wine and chocolates, perhaps!

Sounds amazing. ☺ Enjoy strengthening your bond and letting fitness bring you closer together. <3
